Do you travel?Yes, we are available to travel to any location; however, fees may apply.

How do I place an order or hire you for my event?Please submit an inquiry form on our website with as many details as possible. We'll reach out to discuss your event and decor ideas, provide an estimate, and upon approval, send an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder due a week before your event.

Can you inflate balloons I previously purchased or use them in the installation?No, we exclusively use balloons sourced from our wholesalers.

Can I cancel my order or installation?Once payment is made, refunds are not possible. In case of event postponement, we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.

Do you come back to remove/take down an installation?If you've rented a backdrop or prop from us, we typically handle the strike down. For installations without rented items, we offer strike services for an additional fee.
